Further sessions of Post- natal mums and baby Pilates will be available to book for ongoing exercise following completion of this course.

A focused 6-week post-natal (after birth) Pilates course to get you back on your way to exercising again following childbirth. When your body has spent nine whole months developing, nurturing and carrying a new life it is really important not to underestimate the immense changes that your body goes through on this amazing journey.

This course is aimed at new mums who have had their post natal check up and with babies prior to the crawling phase.

Bring your baby with you and take breaks to feed / change as necessary. Your baby can come into the room in a buggy, car seat or on a mat next to you while you exercise.

The course will cover postural correction exercises, improving core strength, readdressing muscular imbalances, strengthening weakened abdominals and pelvic floor. You will be guided through a programme of exercises by Caroline Townell, a fully qualified Women’s Health Physiotherapist and Pilate’s instructor.
